Description of Course Reports

A number of reports are available and you can select which report depending on your preference. All reports are generated as PDF files that are automatically downloaded to your computer.

Course Report

This report mimics the Course Report from the previous system in look and feel. The data is formatted in the same way with a similar color scheme.

Detailed Report

A quantitative report without write-in comments.

Detailed Report + Comments

A quantitative report including write-in comments. This report is the equivalent to the Course Report from the previous system.

Short Report

A condensed, quantitative report without write-in questions.

Short Report + Comments

A condensed, quantitative report including write-in comments.

Response Report

Each individual set of responses per form submission.

Raw Data

All of the question response data generated in an Excel file.
